Increase color depth for PSPx3 for PS you change to RGB

You’ll Need Nik Color Efex Pro 3

(Make sure under settings you have after clicking “apply” apply the filtered effect to a separate layer)

Download Nik Color Pro3

Step one apply tonal contrast.
(Highlight +30, Midtone Contrast +30, Shadow Contrast +30, Saturation +20)

Step two soften however you soften I use PS so I use the blur tool set on 50% strength.

Duplicate layer set the opacity to 70%
Merge Layers

Step three apply Nik Color Efex Pro 3 Colorize use flesh tone #8c7363 with the below settings.

(Method #5, Color #8c7363, Strength 60%)

Step four color the sweater and eyes. I added a color layer and painted the sweater and eyes white, next I added another layer for the hair color #a4987a layer opacity down to 60%

Step five duplicate layer and change it to a luminosity with an opacity of 40% and apply flaming pear aetherize with the below settings
(blur 24, hues 62, colorize 0, haze 4, dreaminess 15, glue procedural +)

Step six apply tonal contrast this time turn the opacity down to 70%
(Highlight +30, Midtone Contrast +30, Shadow Contrast +30, Saturation +20)

Step seven add a background as you normally do I used the one below

I use filter forge air brush skin you can use any soften program.
