It's easy to save new patterns in PaintShop Pro -- the only trick is making sure they're in a directory that the software recognizes.

Corel PSP X3
C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My PSP Files\Patterns
Install to Photoshop go to > Edit > Define Pattern |
